I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, helping a range of clients improve their lifestyle through exercise and nutrition. While helping these amazing clients, it became clear that nutrition was the primary struggle.
This is when I decided to focus solely on nutrition and helping to create a more sustainable way of eating healthy. My clients range from professional athletes looking to improve their performance to stay at home parents looking to improve their wellbeing and everyone in between!
